* Passengers must be in the airport One hour before the flight.
* In case of loading a weapon onboard with Alkan Air, $300 fees will be applied and the charterer must provide a copy of the license to bear arms and weapons permit.
* The schedule is subject to change according to slot availability and traffic rights.
* Operating any flight is subject to obtaining permissions from Egyptian Civil Aviation Authorities (ECAA) and traffic rights and permits from other concerned Civil Aviation Authorities outside Egypt if needed.
* Copy of passenger’s passports should be send to the operator three days before the flight.
* In case of a delay prior notice from the client (Four hours or less before the takeoff) via email / fax, this condition will not be applied.
* Passengers acknowledge that they will be fully liable to reimburse in solidarity the cost of repairs of any kind of damages caused by any misuse or neglect to the Equipment and tools installed in the aircraft.
* Waiting for More than 6 Hours at any destination, will be charged as overnight.
* 10 % of the total charter Price is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the confirmation (Upon Signing)
* 50 % of the total charter Price is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the confirmation (Less Than 7 Days notice)
* 90 % of the total charter price is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the confirmation (72 - 48 Hour's Notice )
* 100 % of the total charter price is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the confirmation (48 - 24 Hour's Notice )
* 100 % of the total Charter Price is non-refundable in case of cancellation after the confirmation (Less Than 24 Hour's Notice )
* In case of any delay from the charterer within 1 to 2 hours 1000$ fees will be applied & if the delay exceeded 2 hours, Alkan Air has the right to cancel the flight.
* Invoice Receipt Payment is considered as Air Charter Booking terms of Confirmation as mentioned above.
